Kickstart your fitness journey with our 14-Day Total Body Tune-Up, designed to help you build a strong and resilient body while preventing common injuries. Crafted by expert physical therapists to provide you with the essential exercises and strategies needed to create a solid fitness foundation. Whether you are new to training or tired of exercising with aches and pains, our plan will help ensure you stay injury-free as you progress.
Rehabit Pro is our 8-Week, 1:1 coaching, program optimized for individuals looking to maximize their gym and/ or running performanceand build a resilient body. Designed to bridge the gap from our Total Body Tune-Up to a comprehensive training program, you’ll seamlessly intersperse rehabilitative exercises into your fitness program to keep you moving pain-free. This program is customized to suit you and your goals by a Physical Therapist, taking into account your training and injury history. Additionally, you have access to message a Physical Therapist with questions, send videos to receive exercise technique and running mechanics feedback, and to complete regular video check-ins. This program includes mobile app access.
