Total Body-Tune Up is our 2 week comprehensive injury prevention program. We cover each major body region from the assessment, common injuries, to rehabilitative and preventative exercises. The sequence concludes with strategies to incorporate these principles into your training. This program is designed to give you the tools to prevent and self-manage small training-related injuries you may encounter in the future.

Rehabit Pro

Rehabit Pro is our 1:1, Physical Therapist coached program, designed to bridge the gap between injury-prevention exercises and resistance training and running. Each program is custom built to suit your lifestyle, training goals, and injury history and begins with an initial video consultation with a Physical Therapist. Semi-monthly check-ins will help you and your PT fine tune your program and ensure you’re progressing pain-free
